About refunds

When you close your Google Ads account, you can request a refund if you have funds left. The funds will be automatically sent to the bank account or credit card associated with your account. When refunds are not possible

  • We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

Request for a refund

You need to go to “Payment” -> “Settings” and change the data in the payment profile to match the refund details. Otherwise, Google will refuse the refund. Next, go to “Summary” and click “Request a refund.” Google reports that it is impossible to return the money to the account used for replenishment and asks to enter new details for the refund. Additionally, it asks to send a written request by fax or mail. Fill in the details and click “Send” and “OK”.
